Jeremy Swanson is a seasoned visual storyteller based in Snowmass Village, Colorado. He has been photographing the Roaring Fork Valley for over 20 years, capturing the spirit of mountain communities. Through his photos and videos, Jeremy creates compelling narratives that connect people with the nature and culture of these remarkable landscapes. He has collaborated with renowned brands like Aspen/Snowmass, Pacific Group Resorts, Alterra Mountain Company, and ESPN/Disney, bringing to life destinations ranging from the slopes of Maryland’s only ski hill to Colorado’s iconic peaks.
His work is informed by a background that encompasses both the fine arts and natural sciences. After receiving his MFA from the University of Illinois, Jeremy spent several seasons as an interpretive naturalist with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, introducing state park visitors to the Ozark environment. He moved to the Aspen-area in 1999 to work for the Anderson Ranch Arts Center.
